The Real RDH

About

The Real RDH was created to help current dental hygiene students and recent dental hygiene graduates understand the “To The Point” information needed to become a successful dental hygienist and to prepare you with “The Necessary” information to pass your NBDHE or OSCE. This website will provide pre-hygiene school basics, informational study material used for refresher purposes as well as prepping for the NBDHE and OSCE, a post hygiene school booklet for the workplace, questionnaires/mock board exam, photos/x-rays, recordings/podcasts, and videos. The Real RDH is not written to reteach complete dental hygiene school. 

Confidential Information

All written or oral information and materials disclosed or provided by the Seller to the Purchaser under this Agreement constitute Confidential Information. This includes any ‘Customer Information, “Intellectual Property, ‘Marketing and Development Information, ‘Business Operations, ‘Product Information, ‘Production Processes, ‘Service Information, ‘Propriety Computer Code, ‘Computer Technology, ‘Accounting Information, and ‘Confidential Information.

As otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Confidential Information will remain the exclusive property of the Seller and will only be used by the Purchaser for the Permitted Purpose. The Purchaser will not use the Confidential Information for any purpose that might be directly or indirectly detrimental to the Seller or any associated affiliates for subsidiaries. 

The Purchaser agrees to retain all Confidential Information and the Confidential Information may not be used, reproduced, transformed, or stored on a computer or device that is accessible to persons to whom discloser may not be made, as set out in this Agreement. 

The Purchaser is not allowed to share his or her access and purchased information to any other outside party or Non- Purchaser.

Remedies

The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the Confidential Information is of a proprietary and confidential nature and that any disclosure of the Confidential Information to a third party in a breach of this Agreement cannot be reasonably or adequately compensated for in money damages and would cause irreparable injury to the Seller. Accordingly, the Purchaser agrees that the Seller is entitled to, in addition to all other rights and remedies available to them at law or in equity, an injunction restraining the Purchaser and any agents of the Purchaser, from directly or indirectly committing or engaging in any act restricted by this Agreement in relation to the Confidential Information.

Notices

In the event that the Purchases is required in a civil, criminal, or regulatory proceeding to disclose any part of the Confidential Information, the Purchaser will give to the Seller prompt written notice of such request so the Seller may seek an appropriate remedy or alternatively to waive the Purchaser’s compliance with provisions of this Agreement in regards to the request. Any notices or delivery required in this Agreement will be deemed completed when hand-delivered, delivered by agent, or seven (7) days after being placed in the post, postage prepaid, to the parties at the addresses contained in this Agreement or as the parties may later designate in writing.

Terms and Conditions of an Online Agreement

These Terms and Conditions are based solely on the Purchaser vs. Seller Confidential Agreement and Information read or viewed on The Real RDH. The Purchases is not allowed to share or transfer the Information to another person. Use of this resource is dependent on acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. At all times The Real RDH is able to see who and when each subscribers log in is being used.

Termination

The Seller can terminate the Purchaser’s access to The Real RDH at any point the Confidential Agreement is broken or abused. Legal actions will be taken for any illegal copyright or sharing of the content found on The Real RDH.

The Seller

Any personal information collected by the Seller will not be shared nor distributed to any outside party or participant. This information was voluntarily providing for access and or purchasing purposes and will be kept that way.

Copyright

The content, images, recordings, questionnaires, and booklet utilized and/or purchased are all property of The Real RDH. 

Refund and Cancellations

There will be no refunds issued based upon any failed attempts at any dental hygiene exams. Under no circumstances will any cancellations from the Purchaser will be necessary to occur, nor an issue of a refund to take place.

Extensions

If the Purchaser fails an exam and wishes to have an extension on their login access, an email with your new test date and request of an extension will need to take place.

Disclaimer

Any content on The Real RDH is based off of broad spectrum knowledge as a current dental hygienist. Any additional information from the Purchaser needs to be addressed to their current employer for exact rules and regulations at the Purchaser’s place of work. The Real RDH is not able to recommend, treat, nor diagnose any diseases or health related concerns. Any outside information linked to The Real RDH has not affect or legal liability towards the content viewed or shared on their website or channel. It is strictly for extra training knowledge. The Real RDH is only a study tool in the helping of the Purchaser and is not liable for a failed attempt. The Real RDH is not associated directly from any state or national dental hygiene exam.
