What version of the NBDHE will I be taking?
The National Board transitioned back to the standard length format in October of 2021. The short version is no longer available for candidates starting in 2022. The standard version consists of 350 multiple choice + true and false questions and 150 case-based questions.

The standard length format will offer the new 2018 staging and grading periodontal classification.
